Preamble

Human Program for Education and Achievement of Disabled and Orphans (Head International) is a non-government organization working in Dhaka and Chottogram for persons with disabilities and orphans.

The organization was established in 2006, aiming to develop people with disabilities through education, rights, and rehabilitation activities. Advocate M. Zahidul Islam, a person with a visual impairment, took the initiative. He organized a meeting with the local elite on 18 November 2006 and thus started the organization.
